ELIF what happens to the circulatory system after a blood donation?

The title is pretty much self explanatory, but in particular i’d like to know how much time it takes to replace the missing blood and how the body compensate for the lack of it

The bonemarrow pretty much instantly replaces the lost blood cells and other things that are in your blood like platelets etc. You can only take out a pint in one go before you start to feel dizzy or nauseous or something.
