ELIF: What’s the difference in a physical therapist and a chiropractor?

I know that chiropractors are generally regarded as quack science and physical therapists are respected. I’m just wondering what the difference is. Don’t they both have to be certified?

Chiros are GREAT for bones that are out of whack. That’s about it though. If you look into what they ACTUALLY believe, chiros are crazy purveyors of quackery.
