Hi! I have a sack of rice but I’m confused if its nutritional value indicate an uncooked rice or cooked rice? It says here that its serving size is 100 grams and the calories per serving is 342 kcal but is it like 100 grams of UNCOOKED rice or 100 grams of COOKED rice? Thank you sm!

Uncooked. Dry goods are always by the raw, uncooked weight.

Because that is how it works. It works like that every time. You weight the raw rice, and use that to calculate the nutrition. You do not include water weight of cooked rice. It is just the dry weight. Dry weight is all you need. Dry dry dry.

I wonder if that hit the bullshit word minimum on this subreddit.
