Help reading astigmatism contact lens prescription?

I need to order contacts ASAP for my upcoming wedding and am not sure how to read this for astigmatism. It seems like, when ordering contacts, cylinder can only be set to -0.75 or -1.25 and axis is rounded to the nearest 10. What do I do?

Here is my prescription:
Right eye – spherical: -3.00 – cylinder: -1.00 – axis: 165

Left eye – spherical: -3.00 – cylinder: -0.75 – axis: 003

(This is in the distance portion of the prescription)
