There are a few methods, airport runways have an actual machine/vehicle that does it. But most commonly used methods are:
Chemical solvent- they spray it on the road and leave it for a period of time and sweep it up.

High pressure water blaster- self explanatory it blows it off the concrete.

Hot compressed air- that reaches temperatures of 1200 centigrade

Also some places to a mix of both chemical and high pressure water
