Blood cells are constantly being produced in bone marrow. A red cell last 120 days. The donated blood is soon replaced by a slight uptick in the rate of production.

Blood is constantly being produced in the body – [about two million red blood cells per second](https://www.blood.co.uk/the-donation-process/after-your-donation/how-your-body-replaces-blood/#:~:text=Your%20body%20makes%20about%202,up%20stores%20of%20them%20again) from the marrow inside your bones. It takes approximately 4-6 weeks to fully restore the donated blood.

Your body continually replenishes blood. The main component, plasma, is mostly water. Your bone marrow can produce new red blood cells in a few weeks and white blood cells in a few days. Blood loss is only dangerous because if you lose a ton of it all at once, you’re not getting replacement in time

Doesn’t liver contain like half a liter of blood and/or spleen and release it when demand is there.

I can find the source right away, but i remember between liver and spleen they store about 30% of all blood. I could be remembering wrong though, so please take with a grain of salt.

Your bone marrow produces blood from ingedrients you eat. Your stomach and bowel split your food in stuff your organs need to produce what is needed.
