I believe there is a threshold where below that it is just listed as zero instead of .3 per serving.

FDA regulations allow the seller to put “0 calories per serving” if the serving is less than 5 calories, and rounding to the nearest 5 or 10 in other circumstances.

If the whole bottle is 8 calories for two servings of 4 calories each, the label will have to round up to 10 for the bottle, but allows rounding down to 0 for the serving.
