How can I go to bed feeling so hungry and then wake up feeling like doing anything but eating?



I force myself not to eat at night because of improper metabolism, extra calories, blah blah. But every time I wake up having not eaten the night before I always wake up feeling like eating nothing.

most of the things that happen in our body are chemical reactions with enzymes and hormones.

In the case of hunger its controlled by leptin and ghrelin, two hormones that control how full or hungry you feel.

So depending how how hungry you are and your general physical feel you can either ignore or push through when the hormones were produced and once their effect is over you dont feel as hungry.
