Many birds don’t digest everything: they spit up the fur, bones, shells, et cetera, a mass which is a called a [pellet](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pellet_(ornithology))

so what do you think how do we digest the chicken

we are also animals and we eat chicken which is another animal and digest it due to acids in our stomach and everything

Most animals don’t, fur and bones will pass through them especially in predators since they tend to have shorter digestive tracts so the contents don’t stay in their stomachs for very long. Animals like vultures have very powerful jaws that can grind up bone and strong stomach acid to dissolve it that also kills pathogens to keep them from getting sick.
