How can someone be super allergic to eggs, but have no problem eating chicken?

The same way someone can be allergic to milk, but not beef. Eggs aren’t just half of a chicken, they’re nutrients for an embryo to use during development. Those nutrients don’t have the same makeup as chicken meat.
