I don’t understand how you can feel a sneeze coming. How does your body sense it?

First you need to know what the purpose of a sneeze is. A sneeze is a reaction to the hairs in your nose being stimulated, so if there’s something like dust trapped in your nose hairs, a sneeze will eject it by blowing air really hard out your nostrils. You can feel it coming because as your nose hairs are stimulated, you feel them being bent.
