I lost my best friend last year.
What made her my best friend was this particular feline’s ability to notify my parents when I was seizing as a baby.
After seeing many videos of different animals adopting unlikely children, I can’t help but wonder what compels them to do this?
Do they simply recognize the small stature and inability to care for one’s self? The typical attributes we associate with babies?
