This absolutely terrifies me and confirms that BDSM and whatnot is objectively a ludicrously stupid idea, because there’s absolutely no way whatsoever to prove it wasn’t intentional
And let’s be honest, it’s 2023, if it looks to violent people of a certain assigned sex at birth will be convicted of rape 100% of time, because in our society there’s no presumption of innocence in one of the two sexes.
For the record I’m not male, but I do *look* male which is part of why this terrifies me so much
