Also, some places have informal arrangements with employers to get you experience in a field. Even some places that are seasonal or high degree of turnover. You got your real life experience and they fulfilled their guarantee… Maybe have an idea of a few employers in the field you’re looking at, learn their perks and downsides to work for each. Have an idea about roles you might want to advance towards. Having that in mind will give you an idea of the value their “guarantee” has for you

unless they’re guaranteeing an employment period at their own premises
Always read the actual guarantee.
None guarantee actual employment, they can’t. What they do offer is varying levels of additional support, or partial refunds of tuition if you have followed all of their recommendations and an, in their opinion, reasonable amount of time has passed.
