I’m not asking what computer code is. I’m asking how typing in commands physically opens/closes the little switches in computers?

the code gets funnled all the way down through the highrarckymularky untill your at 1’s and 0’s

those 1’s equal an on or 5v in the computer chips or however many and the 0’s = zero voltage in the computer chips, registers, alu, and a few other logic units have been hardwired to do something logical with the 1’s n 0’s on’s n off’s and wal’la there u have it, how computers work for dummies, in a nutshell
