How do motorcycles in Motogp do not fall when they’re taking corners?

Centrifugal force.

So you drive really fast, going straight. Your motorcycle wants to keep going that direction. All of its mass is going thataway, and there’s a lot of energy there trying to keep it going thataway.

Then you turn. You lean the bike over, and you place the wheels between you and the direction you were going before. Your bike still wants to go the way it was going before. But now your wheels are in the way, pressing into the ground. The energy that wants to keep going that direction is now getting shoved into the ground. That force is stronger than the gravity that would normally cause your bike to fall over, at least until you’ve changed directions and all the energy is gone.
