I am actually not sure what you mean. If you mean those devices that you put in you mouth and that emit blue light when switched and that are heavily promoted by influencer on social media, than the simple answer is they don’t work at all.
Otherwise I don’t know if there exists devices used by professional dentists that use optical light to whiten you teeth.
