I just don’t understand how in every tv can access the same information and display it the same with the lcds inside working together

The question is vague. Broadcast TV is just like broadcast radio with the addition of pictures. There’s a high power transmitter sending the signal across an entire metropolitan area. Each transmitter in a city uses a different frequency. The receiver tunes to the desired frequency.
