How do we perceive a person’s face good looking or attractive?

First symmetry and adherence to the golden ratio between features. It is something our brain processes inherently. There is a “mask” that someone created. It’s a series of lines and when placed over a face the closer the features come to fitting within those lines the more attractive they are seen to be.
Then of course cultural ideas are layer on top of that.
