How does exercising early in the morning give you more energy for the day?

For last 9 weeks I’ve been weight training again after 11 years not in the gym. I always used to go after work which is probably a contributing factor as to why it didn’t last. I’ve started up again by going at 4:30am every Monday Wednesday Friday and have tons more energy throughout the day even though I’m going hard at the gym.

I think it goes like this way! U are doing one of ur To do activities of ur day early in the mng ,it gives u some sense of satisfaction and confidence and that carries throughout the day !!
