How does molecules like oxygen get to every single cell in our bodies?

I know how it get delivered by blood and stuff, but veins don’t touch every single feel we have.

There are microscopic blood vessels that help with this. They’re called capillaries. they’re very thin walled and this allows exchange of oxygen and gasses and nutrients to every cell.
