Some mental disorders are hereditary and other are caused due to trauma, but some can have both origins. Does our brain makes a difference in that?

Not particularly, if the resulting pathways are the same the end result is too. It’s like if you have a blueprint of a building. If you built it with a hole in it, is it different than if you build it whole and then smash a hole in it? Functionally either way you have a building with a hole in it. It’s just a matter of why the hole is there.
