I got a lot out of it, finally got back to 189. I ate crappy food at first, but actually started craving good food. Seemed like my mental alertness increased. Lost 20 pounds in 90 days, and kept it off…mostly.

actually, fasting one or two days a week is good for the body..keeps metabolism in check..as well as other things that i am not aware of..
