Random excerpt: in “The Office”, the warehouse crew wanted to unionise and Jan from corporate shuts it down by threatening to fire them. What can the unionisation of workers do and if it’s that important, how can corporations make it optional?

It protects lazy workers and keeps corporations from taking advantage of the hard workers. Usually through union dues and union reps who you can complain to in the odd chance someone fucks with you. But 100% of the time all I saw was people who should have been fired get protected. Like stealing and shit was protected.
