The curve is modelled using a blackbody, a theoretical concept that doesn’t exist. So how exactly can they make the blackbody curve using experimental data of non perfect black bodies e.g. hot objects

Get a sealed box. Inside of the sealed box approaches BBR, since the absorption and reflection balance out.
Gaze into the box and you see something akin to BBR.
