But in all honestly, it is made from milk and bacteria, synthetic bacteria, vinegar or possibly many other ways. As the fat solids are separated from the milk, these fat solids are pressed together, squeezing out the extra moisture called *whey* from it. This ball of milk fats and solids are typically then aged from days up to years depending upon the cheese desired.
