The Wikipedia page is very short: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genetic_memory_(psychology)
And it refers to a Lamarckian process? The linked article is a little bit woolly. Are there any known studies definitively showing that genetic memory is encoded in DNA? What can be encoded? How much?

You DNA is a blueprint of you, built from the blueprints of your parents. The pathways in your brain aren’t set, but how close or strong the structure is between the different parts helps influence the initial paths your baby brain takes when thinking.
It’s kind of like moving into a house, kind of like your parents house, with furniture almost like your parents’. There are pathways that seem sensible and easier to follow. As you bump into things, and use the kitchen, the stuff adjusts little by little and your pathways and habits become more defined.
