Did you mean histamine instead of heparin? Heparin is an anticoagulant chemical (that does get released by Mast cells) and histamine is the chemical responsible for allergy symptoms. Just wanted to clarify as I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone ask about heparin release from Mast cells.
