It seems like they (sometimes) can accurately respond to audible/visual stimuli. Can we ALL hear/see while asleep but we just don’t know it?

As a sleepwalker/talker i really don’t know and we dont remmember anything we do and i wish i did.
One time my housemates came home after a party and found me cooking spaguetti bolongese. They realized i was sleep walking bc i gave non sensical awnsers and didn’t blinked. They were able to guide me to my bed without waking me up and the next day had no memory of it. This was before the rise of social media so no one took photos or video of it.
I have many stories of me sleepwaking/talking, but i don’t remmember anything. What i know is what people that lived with me told me. I lived alone for a while and stuff arround the house would be moved during the night, i just usumed it was me.
Also, almost every body in my maternal family suffers from this. Its worse as kids and as we start to grow it tends to go away/ be less active with adulthood.
