Ice hardness, density, temperature, crystalline forms

Lots of questions about ice.. does hardness increase or decrease with temperature (or maybe parabolic). What changes occur as ice moves from liquid to solid and to -273K. High/low density ice, amorphous, etc.

Ice becomes harder the colder it gets. At such low temperatures near absolute zero ice can be as hard as bedrock (the real kind, not Minecraft)
