If a 2D dimension exists in a 3D dimension, how can a 3D dimension exists in a 4D dimension and how can a 4D dimension exists in a 5D dimension?

I’m including 4D dimension existing in 5D dimension because I don’t want answers about time being the 4th dimension.

Exactly the same way as 2D in 3D. A dimension is simply a direction where if you head that way you’re not going into any others, it just so happens that we as humans have three dimensions at our disposal

They all exist at right angles of each other.

Neil deGrasse Tyson suggests that Monsters Inc probably got it right so my situation would be to start there.

I don’t really know of a good way to explain it other than what other people have already said, but I would recommend the book The Fourth Dimension by Rudy Rucker, which help me understand such ideas.
