If a dermatologist takes out the “sac” of your cyst, will you never get a cyst there again?

I’ve seen videos where derms take out a cyst or enlarged blackheads sax. Does that mean there will never be a growth like that in that exact spot?

If you just get a cyst drained and not remove the sac, how likely is it to come back?
