If a dermatologist takes out the “sac” of your cyst, will you never get a cyst there again?

Question

I’ve seen videos where derms take out a cyst or enlarged blackheads sax. Does that mean there will never be a growth like that in that exact spot?

Add on question… what’s the difference between a cyst and an abscess? Is an abscess essentially a cyst that doesn’t form a sac around it? The pus or whatever is just free flowing in the flesh/tissue of the body instead of encased in something?
