If a dermatologist takes out the “sac” of your cyst, will you never get a cyst there again?

Question

I’ve seen videos where derms take out a cyst or enlarged blackheads sax. Does that mean there will never be a growth like that in that exact spot?

Cyst itself is the sac. Removing the cyst will remove the sac and vice versa. However, there is no guarantee that another one will not develop on that site.
