If a dermatologist takes out the “sac” of your cyst, will you never get a cyst there again?

I’ve seen videos where derms take out a cyst or enlarged blackheads sax. Does that mean there will never be a growth like that in that exact spot?

No. A cyst has an ability to form anywhere there is a void within you. If you remove a cyst, it is entirely possible another cyst will develop in the void. Generally, the dermatologist will pack it to prevent another cyst, but it is possible.
