If sounds above 120dB will immediate hearing damage, would a bat’s sounds (137dB) damage our ear?

It can in theory, but it will only damage that part of our hearing which perceives those frequencies. Even kids are only able to hear the low end of the bats eccolocation sounds and at those low tones the volume is far lower then the damaging levels. This means that a bat can only damage hearing you do not have to begin with.
