Fermenting fruits gives alcohol, because of specific bacteria… In your guts, it’s just rotting with other bacteria. Not the same end product unfortunately.

There are some animals who get drunk by eating fermented fruit, fallen from trees, but again, these fruits are already fermented before ingestion.

Fermenting fruit happens due to yeast. There are bacteria that can cause fermentation like for making yogurt or sauerkraut. This type of fermentation produces very little alcohol. Your stomach has many types of bacteria. They break down your food and in doing some of them give off by products containing sulphur, which is the stinky gas. So fermentation for alcohol seperate thing done by yeast; bacteria fermentation does not make alcohol; the bacteria in your stomach are breaking down the food not fermenting it.

There’s a condition called auto-brewery syndrome that causes the stomach to produce alcohol. Pretty wild.
