Your body rewards you for finding carbohydrates, especially foods that are dense in carbohydrates such as bread or pasta. Your tongue knows what the awesome carbohydrates are the moment the food touches the taste buds. The tongue will tell the brain, hey that’s a lot of carbohydrates, you should eat more of it. This is because carbohydrates will keep you alive, and your body would like to live for a while.
