I’m in my 40’s and I was just wondering when is the cut off when improvements stop happening and hand eye co-ordination decreases? I assume it does as you get older or is that not so? (I am a Gamer and I enjoy gaming as a means of stress relief and just wondering if there’s been studies saying such.)

There’s a different peak for everyone. Look at mew2king from smash bros. Was still doing really well at major tournaments when he was 31.
There’s a lot more than just hand eye coordination (depending on the game obviously)
Strategy and reading your opponent are skills that can take years and years to master. Look at chess grandmasters some have been exceptional into their 50s
There’s probably a point where the lack of hand eye coordination and reaction time catch up with you thoigh in terms of competitive play.
