if you want an actual answer, go to [scholar.google.com](http://scholar.google.com) and search for papers on it. Meta analysis are good papers usually. Look for papers from big, respected, journals and institutions (like WHO).
When you find a paper, just read the abstract and conclusion chapters. Instead of reading 30 pages, you only read maybe two pages. After reading a couple of different ones (that uses different sources) you will have a good idea of what’s up. It’ll take you maybe one hour of searching and reading if you know which words to use.
