“Bad” is subjective (by definition). But yeah, you’re really not supposed to breathe anything but air.
The main problem with marijuana in my (extensive) experience is that it makes you feel good/content/ok regardless of if you’re doing the things that a person should be doing to feel good/content/ok.
It’s like a pain killer, but pain is actually super important. Pain tells you when you need to stop and change what you’re doing. You can do a lot more damage to your body if you’re on pain killers because they can let you push past when your body is telling you to stop. Using weed, you can do a lot more damage to your life than you could otherwise.
Not that you shouldn’t smoke weed, or that everybody who smokes has a bad life. But you should be aware of how it can affect you and make adjustments knowing that it can silence a lot of the alarm bells that should tell you when your life is going to shit.
