Let’s say for a given song in a genre there are a limited number of notes that can follow each one, say 4(this is probably a lot higher). Each song gets to be 60 notes long(again, really a lot higher). That means that there are potentially 4^60, or 2^120 potential song options in each genre.
There are an estimated 2^112 – 2^118 atoms in the universe. There are wayyy more potential song combinations than atoms in the universe
Playing through 60 note combos at a lightning fast rate of a million per second would take you 10^12 ages of the universe to get through them all. That’s a number soo large you can’t possible fathom it
