Obviously currently this doesn’t happen, but assuming there would be some techniques or devices for learning more – would there be a limit to how much our neural networks in the brain can store?

You will forget something if you spend enough time not remembering it, so if you constantly learn new stuff without ever using what you previously learned there would be a cap at how much you can know at once. How much is undefined and most likely varies by person.
