So basically this happened to my dad because he fell/ slipped on a bathroom causing him to get a wound on his head, few days later the wound healed but there’s a lump just below the healed wound. Is this normal?

If you didn’t go to a doctor then I suggest checking in with one. Blunt force trauma leads to bruising and may lead to even hematoma. If there’s a bump on the head, with or without discoloration it needs to be checked out before the build up of pressure on the head leads to something worse. If you are taking this seriously, look up hematomas and if it has the slightest similarity go to a doctor for the sake of your dad
