Simple example:
Let’s ISPs just slow down access/traffic speed to websites they don’t like. If every page takes 5 seconds to load people will not spend much time on the site.
Another fun example:
Let’s say an ISP lowers all speeds to 80% but sells a service to boost to 150%. If I run a company I don’t want people to utilize (say insurance company), I am going to opt for the slow speeds and call and ask if I can go lower for a discount. Frustrate people out of filing claims for the win.
