Not hungry when fasting, but hungry when eating?

If i’ve fasted to the point of physical hunger, the food noise gets tamed. But as soon as i eat anything, healthy or not, i just wanna keep eating.

When you fast, your body kind of adapts to not getting food and the hunger hormone, ghrelin, levels out. So after a while, you don’t feel as hungry. But when you start eating again, ghrelin kicks back into its usual rhythm, making you feel hungrier because your body’s expecting more food regularly. It’s like turning the hunger switch back on!
