If i’ve fasted to the point of physical hunger, the food noise gets tamed. But as soon as i eat anything, healthy or not, i just wanna keep eating.

Unfortunately I can’t explain this, I have the exact opposite situation. I’ll feel hungry after not eating for awhile but once I start eating I lose my appetite
