An area completely untouched by modern man and inhabited by primitive humans. It’s less than 25 square miles and has been inhabited by these people for like 20,000 years…how is there not rampant inbreeding? Or…is there?

Do we know what their marriage restrictions are? They could have tribe/clan affiliations that require marriage outside their immediate group which would expand the genetic distance between spouses.
