An area completely untouched by modern man and inhabited by primitive humans. It’s less than 25 square miles and has been inhabited by these people for like 20,000 years…how is there not rampant inbreeding? Or…is there?

There likely is rampant inbreeding among the population. However, inbreeding does not necessarily mean mutation and death. Most of the time, an inbred population merely has a higher incidence of certain genetic diseases. It is also possible that the Sentinelese population is high enough to avoid the effects of inbreeding as there is a certain population size in which the effects of inbreeding are negated.
