Surprisingly, brush your teeth before coffee to prevent stains. Removing plaque before drinking helps. It makes more sense considering it’s some experts advise to wait 90 mins – 2 hours after waking up to have caffeine. This gives your body time to dispel sleep-inducing chemicals. Caffeine suppresses them, not eliminating entirely. When it wears off, lethargy hits, often during the infamous post-lunch slump.
